UPDATED - Using PatientChase to manage your flu invites

15th Sep 2021

We've updated PatientChase with the new flu targets for 2021/2 - please update PatientChase with these.

The app has the functionality for your practice to manage ALL of the groups at risk. And it’s easy to do.

Previously it was a case of importing a specific at risk group one at a time, treating them in isolation.

In our latest version, every group is listed in our Search Builder as individual searches, allowing you to choose any combination, be it everyone at risk in the practice or a combination of specific age groups.

You can select with one button everyone eligible but you will notice the sub groups below that. You can select any or all. So for example, should you wish to target all over 50s only, simply click both the ‘Flu Jab 50-64’ and ‘Flu Jab over 65’ targets. They will then combine and display in your results.

Once selected, you can then easily contact them through PatientChase via SMS, email or letter.

Cheryl Barton, Data Manager – Bramblys Grange Medical Practice, Hampshire

I am so glad that we as a practice have purchased PatientChase – it has completely revamped our recall system, has been invaluable during flu recall season and more importantly shows us where the ‘holes’ are when we get to near the end of the QoF year. Many thanks!

PatientChase is an excellent product of which I think as soon as you purchase it you will ask yourself ‘how ever did I cope without it?!

Rachel Mardlin, Health Informatics Facilitator – Sheffield University Health

This product will make my QOF staff member’s job so much simpler and is a quarter of a QOF point for me

GP, Newcastle

This is exactly what we’ve been looking for

PM, Cambridge

PatientChase is extremely user friendly and the support provided by PatientChase has been excellent

By using PatientChase, what would normally have taken half a day has just taken 10 minutes!
