What is PatientChase?
In a nutshell, PatientChase is an addon for EMIS LV which creates personalised mail merge letters to patients, records those letters in the patients’ notes and lets you search on who’s been sent however many letters. Every aspect of identifying, recording and communicating with all patient groups is handled by the software.
It takes the very latest QOF related data from Population Manager and allows you to merge targets and registers for easy export to Word or Excel.
PatientChase gives EMIS LV practices a significantly better and faster patient identification and QOF recall system than any in-house method. The easy to install and use software, in place since the QOF was first introduced has been used by well over 300 EMIS LV practices to communicate with over 1,000,000 patients to date. It makes handling co-morbidities a breeze and connects seamlessly with EMIS LV.
